Winning the Fireground: NO Excuses
Class Information:
Our featured speaker will be Cody Trestrail, founder of Brothers in Battle. We will take a deep dive into hard hitting truths that leave no room for excuses as we explore our Mission, public expectation and accountability, stats from the Firefighter Rescue Survey and USFA, science from FSRI/UL and our Fire Service history best practices as to why we go inside!
June 6th & 7th
Hands on Training (HOT) Days:
1st Due Search 4 Them
Class Information:
We will use tempo, experience, data (from actual documented rescues), and building construction knowledge to prepare ourselves and position ourselves to arrive 1st due in the residential setting whether on an Engine or Truck. Our goal is to occupy the interior places where the highest percentage of victims are found within the first 4 minutes of arrival to give THEM a fighting chance.

Social & Networking
Following each day’s fire training conference lectures, attendees gathered for a social and networking meet-and-greet. The event provided an opportunity for participants to connect with peers, instructors, and industry partners, exchange insights from the sessions, and strengthen professional relationships in an informal setting.
